Shipping and Returns Policy
Oscarware® gives every customer order the care it deserves because we want the people that are going to be using our products to have a positive experience from the beginning.
We accept and ship orders from customers within the United States. Orders received are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders received by 10:00 am Central Time will ship the same day. Orders received after 10:00 am Central Time will ship the next business day.
Delivery is generally 3-5 business days from the time the order ships. All delivery dates are subject to carrier holidays.
If you need your order sooner, expedited delivery options are available. Please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to get your order to you when you need it.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been submitted and you will also receive the tracking information for your order when it ships.
Oscarware Grill Toppers purchased online can be returned within 30 days from date of shipment. Grill Toppers must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, contact Oscarware Customer Service at 888-672-2797 to obtain a confirmation number for the return. Pack the grill topper in an appropriate shipping container, preferably the original box, and include a copy of your original receipt with the confirmation number written on the receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.
We recommend you send your return using a traceable method such as United States Postal Service (USPS), Fed Ex, or UPS.

Once a return is received and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund for the item’s purchase price and any applicable sales tax.
