    Instructions for Grilled Sesame Salmon Bowl

    1. Begin by preparing your salmon. Cube the fish into uniform 1-inch pieces and, if desired, remove the skin. Place the cubed salmon in a clean container, ready to be marinated.
    2. In a bowl, combine the marinade ingredients and mix until the sugar is fully dissolved. Pour the marinade over the cubed salmon, and ensure each piece is fully coated. Transfer the container to the fridge and allow the salmon to marinate for 30 minutes.
    3. While the salmon marinates, prepare the broccoli florets by seasoning them with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped garlic, and grated ginger, adding a burst of freshness and flavor to the dish.
    4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
