Hey there, pizza lovers and grill enthusiasts! Get ready to embark on a taste bud adventure like no other – we’re talking about Pizza on the Grill using our Oscarware® 13” Round Porcelain Grill Topper. Not only is cooking and dining outside a lovely experience, the grill provides crispy, charred pizza that a home oven simply cannot. Cooking Instructions for our Pizza on the Grill
- Preheat grill on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Oil grill topper with high heat cooking oil.
- Lightly flour bottom of pizza crust.
- Place crust on 13” Round Porcelain Grill Topper. Do not add topping to pizza crust at this point (for perfect crust follow steps 6-10)
- Place Grill Topper with crust on grill (You are pre-baking the crust before adding topping)
- Bake pizza crust for 5 minutes (Close lid on grill)
- Turn Grill Topper a half turn and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Remove Grill Topper from the grill and place on a flat heat-resistant surface using proper hand protection as the Grill Topper will be very hot.
- Flip pizza crust over on Grill Topper.
- Add desired pizza toppings.
- Place pizza on Grill Topper back on the grill and bake with grill closed for 5 minutes.
- Turn Grill Topper a half turn and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Remove pizza from the grill and slide from the pan to a flat solid surface for cutting.
- Slice, eat, and enjoy the most delicious Pizza on the Grill you ever tasted!
- Allow Grill Topper to cool completely before washing. Your Grill Topper is dishwasher safe. Read our use and care instructions.
