Cooking Instructions for Grilled Shrimp Stir Fry

    1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F-400°F).
    2. Lightly oil your Oscarware “12 Porcelain Coated Wok Topper.
    3. Add garlic, ginger, vinegar, fish sauce, and honey to a small mixing bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
    4. Place shrimp in wok topper and then place topper on preheated grill. Grill the shrimp for about 5-7 minutes, stirring around the halfway point. When shrimp are done they should be slightly pink and the flesh should no longer be transparent. Remove wok topper from grill and place it on a heat resistant surface. Remove shrimp and set aside. Let wok topper cool and lightly oil wok topper again.
    5. Place asparagus, broccoli, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes, carrot, and squash in wok topper and then place topper on preheated grill. Grill for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables become tender enough to pierce with a fork. Stir every 7-8 minutes.
    6. Add in shrimp then stir in sauce and cook for an additional minute.
    7. Remove wok topper from grill and place it on a heat resistant surface. Let food rest for about 3-5 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve over rice, quinoa, or noodles.
    8. Remember to allow your wok topper to cool completely before washing. Your topper is dishwasher safe, which makes cleaning up easy. Read more about your grill topper’s use and care instructions on Oscarware’s website.
