Cooking Instructions for our Grilled Sausages, Peppers, and Onions
- Add bell peppers, onions, and garlic to mixing boil. Coat with extra virgin olive oil and season with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place sausages on Oscarware Hot Dog Grill topper.
- Grill 8-9 minutes on each side.
- Remove Hot Dog Grill Topper with sausages from grill and set aside.
- Lightly oil Oscarware Porcelain Wok Topper then add vegetables to wok.
- Place Wok Topper on grill and grill for 25-30 minutes stirring every 6-7 minutes.
- Remove Wok Topper from grill.
- Plate rice, then add sausages and cover with vegetables.
- Allow Wok Topper to cool completely before washing. Your Wok Topper is dishwasher safe. Read our use and care instructions.
