Ingredients

  • High heat cooking oil (ex: olive or vegetable) for your Wok Topper 
  • 1/2 lb. steak, cut into 1″ pieces 
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined 
  • 1 cup of grape tomatoes 
  • 1 red onion, cut into thick slices 
  • 2 ears corn halved 
  • 2 cloves of garlic sliced thin (or ½ tsp of garlic powder) 
  • 1 tbsp. fresh thyme  
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin 
  • 1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning 
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste 
  • Lemon and parsley for garnish (optional)

Our Cajun Shrimp and Steak Stir-Grill recipe is a tantalizing culinary adventure that combines the bold flavors of Cajun seasoning with juicy shrimp and tender steak with grape tomatoes, onions, corn, galic and a blend of herbs. The result is a mouthwatering dish infused with the robust flavors of Cajun seasoning, perfect for those who crave a spicy and savory combination.

    Cooking Instructions for our Cajun Shrimp and Steak Stir-Grill

    1. If using a gas or electric grill, preheat grill to medium (375-400 degrees Fahrenheit / 190-205 degrees Celsius). If using a charcoal grill, start your fire and maintain until the coals glow orange but still have a gray hue. DO NOT place your Grill Topper on the grill at this point. 
    2. Lightly oil the inside of your Porcelain Wok Topper with a high heat cooking oil like olive oil or vegetable oil. Do NOT use non-stick cooking spray. 
    3. If you prefer your steak well done, place your steak in your Porcelain Wok Topper first and grill for 2 minutes with the grill lid closed. If not, add the steak at the same time you add the ingredients in step four. 
    4. Next, add the shrimp, tomatoes, red onions, corn, and garlic. Sprinkle with oil, Old Bay, fresh thyme, cumin, and black pepper. Stir meat and vegetables to evenly season everything and close the lid on the grill. 
    5. Check and stir food again at 3 minutes and then again at 6 minutes.  
    6. Grill until shrimp is pink and cooked through and steak is to your liking.  
    7. Turn off the grill and remove the Wok Topper from the grill immediately (it’s convenient to carry the food directly to the kitchen or patio table). Make sure to use appropriate heat-resistant hand protection and trivets, platters, etc. when placing a HOT grill topper on outdoor/indoor surfaces that are not resistant to heat. 
    8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges (optional).

    10. Allow Grill Topper to cool completely before washing. Your Grill Topper is dishwasher safe. Read our use and care instructions.
