Veggie Pizza


  • 2 Tbsp. Oregano
  • Cup diced onion
  • 1 Cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled, cored, cut up and blended
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • Cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Cup green pepper rings

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Combine oregano, sugar, and blended tomatoes.
  2. Spread on pizza crust.
  3. Top with mushrooms, onion, green pepper rings.
  4. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  5. Grill.
  6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
  7. Baking time may vary due to size and type of grill.
