Fresh Pizza from Scratch

Ingredients:

  • Use your own pizza dough recipe, store-bought mix, or purchase an unbaked crust from your favorite pizzeria.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill on low heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Spray pizza pan with non stick cooking spray.
  3. Lightly flour bottom of pizza crust.
  4. Place crust on pan.
  5. Do not add topping to pizza crust (For perfect crust follow steps 6-10)
  6. Place pizza crust in pan on grill (You are pre-baking the crust before adding toppings.)
  7. Bake pizza crust for 5 minutes (Close lid on grill)
  8. Turn pizza turn and bake for 5 minutes more.
  9. Remove pizza crust from the grill to a flat surface, being very careful as the pan is very hot.
  10. Flip pizza crust over on pan.
  11. Add desired pizza toppings
  12. Place pizza in pan back on grill and bake with grill lid closed for 5 minutes.
  13. Turn pan turn and bake for 5 minutes more.
  14. Remove pizza from the grill and slide pizza from pan to a flat solid surface for cutting.
  15. Slice, eat and enjoy!
  16. Allow pan to cool completely before washing.
  17. Soak in warm soapy water.
  18. Dishwasher safe.
